Cancellation Policy

Boozy Bubbles is a boutique company, only accepting one to two events per day. Once the rental agreement is signed and the event date is reserved, we will decline any requests from other potential clients on your date and time.
Should client wish to cancel the rental agreement in full for any reason, including cancellation or postponement of the event or a change of heart regarding using Boozy Bubbles services, client agrees to the following conditions:
All cancellations must be made in writing (which includes email and text communication as long as receipt is acknowledged by Boozy Bubbles).
Boozy Bubbles cannot control the weather and the inconveniences that may occur; no refund will be issued if the event is canceled due to weather.
Client has a fourteen (14) day window after submitting the signed agreement to cancel the reservation, eligible to receive a full refund of retainer fee (50% of invoice value).
For cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, the client is responsible for payment of the remaining balance due to Boozy Bubbles within five (5) business days of the notice of cancellation.
